Personal Automated Teller (Telephone Response) Instructions

To utilize the Personal Automated Teller Telephone Response System:

  1. Dial 217-373-7937.
  2. Put in your account number followed by the pound sign.
  3. Enter your PIN. Your PIN is the last four digits of your social security number (without a pound sign).
This PIN number can be changed at any time for your security.
The system will now prompt you for an action code, which are as follows.
